Portfolio Update:
My portfolio (including cash position) increased another 3.89% in March to a new record high: $475,553.39. I am still sitting on about 30% cash – which I plan on being patient with and waiting to see what happens over the coming months. The market and housing markets seem completley unstable – we are seeing a potential third wave of Covid and nothing is making sense, so for now I am okay sitting on the sidelines with some cash to see how things shake out – even if it means I miss out on some potential gains on a portion of my portfolio.
Hope you had a great March.
Cheers!
It’s been warm enough so we could open the rooftop patio(50%) where I work. Still gets to cool at night so the staff are running drinks from the main bar.
My tax return turned out better than I expected so I dumped the refund into my RRSP
Glad the kids like the trail. I was out to Bird’s Hill for a sleigh Ride a few years ago :).

Nice man.
Love the pics. Hiking trails like that are always fantastic. The royal botanical gardens here are like that.
Drinks look good, divs are always nice. Keep it up man

Your kiddos are so adorable! Glad you guys enjoyed Easter. Winnipeg is opening up while we are shutting down again. Another lockdown, curfew and no schools. Fun times all over again.
Nice increase on your portfolio. Congratulations. Mine increase about 4.5%. WooHoo!
And regarding the rugs! Walmart fooled us! HAHA. I bought 12 for less than $40. All got cancelled in 2-3 days. Can’t trust the too good to be true deals. It was worth trying though. Was it their April fool joke? Maybe!
Happy Investing.
